About Jason Walls

Jason Walls, the founder and principal of the Walls Law Firm, PLLC, focuses his practice in the areas of estate and business planning, asset protection, business organization and succession, and trust/estate administration and probate.  But Mr. Walls is more than just an attorney offering services in the areas listed above.  Mr. Walls believes that the most important service that he, and the Walls Law Firm, PLLC, offers to its clients is to provide peace of mind through planning, protecting and preserving.  


Mr. Walls began his career with one of North Carolina's largest litigation firm.  It was here that Mr. Walls was first introduced to a "client-first" approach to practicing law.  Those core values adopted early in his legal career serve as the foundation for the Walls Law Firm, PLLC's "Peace of Mind Process" approach to practicing law.  

Today, Mr. Walls concentrates his practice in estate planning, probate, and business law.  When asked to describe what type of lawyer he is, Mr. Walls describes himself as a "Peace of Mind lawyer..." as it is his mission to provide peace of mind to clients. Mr. Walls is a member of WealthCounsel, a national organization of estates and tax attorneys. He is also a member of the North Carolina Bar Association.  He is a frequent speaker to civic, community, and religious organization on a variety of different topics, such as essential estate planning, agricultural and business succession planning, wealth preservation, and charitable planning.  Mr. Walls also serves as an adjunct professor at the School of Law, Campbell University.


Mr. Walls graduated from the School of Law, Campbell University, where he was President of the Student Bar Association. He received a graduate and undergraduate degree from North Carolina State University. While a student at NC State University, Mr. Walls traveled throughout the country speaking to students and organizations on issues such as leadership development, teamwork, and service.
