Jason Walls is the founder and Managing Attorney of The Walls Law Group.
He focuses his practice in the areas of estate and business planning, asset protection, business organization and succession, probate, and trust/estate administration.
Experience: Jason began his career with one of North Carolina’s largest litigation firms. It was here that he was first introduced to a “client-first” approach to practicing law. Those core values adopted early in his legal career serve as the foundation for the Walls Law Group’s “Peace of Mind Process” approach to practicing law.
Education: Jason graduated from the School of Law at Campbell University, where he was President of the Student Bar Association. He received a graduate and undergraduate degree from North Carolina State University. While a student at NC State University, He’s traveled throughout the country speaking to students and organizations on issues such as leadership development, teamwork, and service.
Memberships: Jason is a member of WealthCounsel, a national organization of estates and tax attorneys. He is also a member of the North Carolina Bar Association. He is a frequent speaker to civic, community, and religious organizations on a variety of different topics, such as essential estate planning, agricultural and business succession planning, wealth preservation, and charitable planning. Jason also serves as an adjunct professor at the School of Law, Campbell University.
