The practice area’s we work in are those we thought we could do the most good. Estate Planning helps family protect their wealth and ongoing legacies to pass down to their loved ones. Estate Administration (also known as Probate), is typically a long, frustrating, and even grueling process that happens during a time of immense grief. We would be amiss to have people deal with that without guidance. Guardianship matters serve our neighbors by giving them the legal ability to help someone else. We serve as Guardian Ad Litems (temporary guardians) ourselves! Whether it’s a guardianship over a minor who lost a parent, or a guardianship over a person who can’t seem to always manage their own affairs – guardianship matters are extremely sensitive and important matters that ensure the vulnerable person is protected and cared for.
