Zoom is on easy to use online video-conferencing
The only requirement is an internet connection and a webcam. You can also use your smartphone or tablet!
If you would like to meet with us over Zoom, just let us know and we will send you an invitation link to join our meeting.
IMPORTANT NOTE: ALL meetings between Attorneys and Clients are confidential. We Password Protect all meetings, so you’ll need that password to join the meeting. You will receive your meeting password when we send you the link to join the meeting.
How to use Zoom:
1. Click the Join the Meeting link we sent you.
You will be directed to a browser page that looks like this:
2. Click Open Zoom
(or run the application if prompted)
*If you can’t open Zoom, you can join the meeting by clicking the link at the bottom of the page that says, “join from your browser” instead.
3. Enter the Password we provided
YOU SHOULD NOW BE LOGGED INTO THE ZOOM MEETING!
If you would like to prepare in advance, you can download the Zoom Client program in advance of your meeting – but it’s NOT necessary.

YOU SHOULD ALWAYS DOWNLOAD SOFTWARE FROM THE DEVELOPERS SITE OR FROM TRUSTED SOURCES.
NOTE: You can test your Microphone and Speakers by clicking the link under “Join with Computer Audio” after you have joined the meeting.
COMPUTER MICROPHONE DOESN’T WORK? NO PROBLEM!
If your computer doesn’t have a built in microphone – or it’s not working – you can also join the meeting by calling in using a phone number and the meeting ID. Please let us know that you need that information and we will send it to you!
